Art. 3 Transparens efter handel | RTS on trading platform transparency data | MiCA

This article deals with post-trade transparency obligations for crypto-asset service providers operating trading platforms.

It establishes the baseline requirement to publicly disclose transaction details, and then goes further to set out how corrections to already-published trade reports must be handled — specifically addressing both cancellations and amendments.

It connects directly to Article 76(10) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, which provides the broader framework under which these post-trade disclosure requirements sit.

Important points:

Publish full transaction details for each trade executed on your platform, in line with the data specifications set out in Annex II.
Where a trade report is cancelled, publish a new report containing all original details alongside a cancellation flag.
Where a trade report is amended, publish two new reports: one flagging the cancellation of the original, and one containing the corrected details with an amendment flag.

1. Leverantörer av kryptotillgångstjänster som driver en handelsplattform för kryptotillgångar ska offentliggöra närmare uppgifter om varje transaktion som avses i artikel 76.10 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114 i enlighet med tabellerna 1 och 2 i bilaga II.

Om en tidigare offentliggjord handelsrapport annulleras ska leverantörer av kryptotillgångstjänster som driver en handelsplattform för kryptotillgångar offentliggöra en ny handelsrapport som innehåller alla närmare uppgifter i den ursprungliga handelsrapporten och den annulleringsmarkering som anges i tabell 3 i bilaga II.
1. Om en tidigare offentliggjord handelsrapport ändras ska leverantörer av kryptotillgångstjänster som driver en handelsplattform för kryptotillgångar offentliggöra följande information:
  1. En ny handelsrapport som innehåller alla uppgifter i den ursprungliga handelsrapporten och den annulleringsmarkering som anges i tabell 3 i bilaga II.
  2. En ny handelsrapport som innehåller alla uppgifter i den ursprungliga handelsrapporten med alla nödvändiga korrigeringar och den ändringsmarkering som anges i tabell 3 i bilaga II.
