1. Leverantörer av kryptotillgångstjänster som driver en handelsplattform för kryptotillgångar ska för varje order i kryptotillgångar som annonseras via deras system hålla de uppgifter som anges i artiklarna 2–15, i det format som anges i tabellerna 2 och 3 i bilagan, i den mån de rör den aktuella ordern, tillgängliga för den behöriga myndigheten, eller ge den behöriga myndigheten tillgång till dessa uppgifter.
