Personer som yrkesmässigt arrangerar eller utför transaktioner med kryptotillgångar ska anordna och tillhandahålla ändamålsenlig och omfattande utbildning för den personal som arbetar med att förebygga, övervaka, upptäcka och identifiera handelsorder, transaktioner och andra aspekter av DLT:s funktion som kan tyda på att det förekommer marknadsmissbruk, inbegripet den personal som deltar i utförandet av handelsorder och transaktioner eller som ansvarar för DLT:s funktion. Sådan utbildning ska äga rum regelbundet och vara lämplig och proportionerlig i förhållande till affärsverksamhetens omfattning, storlek och karaktär.
