EBA ska meddela sitt förslag till den skriftliga överenskommelse som avses i artikel 119.6 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114 till de kollegiemedlemmar som fastställts i enlighet med artikel 119.2 i den förordningen och uppmana dem att lämna sina synpunkter inom tio kalenderdagar.
Vid slutförandet av den skriftliga överenskommelse som avses i punkt 1 ska EBA beakta eventuella synpunkter och reservationer från kollegiets medlemmar. EBA ska ange skälen till att sådana synpunkter eller reservationer inte har beaktats i den skriftliga överenskommelsen.
