Artikel 10 Fördelning av uppgifter mellan kollegiemedlemmarna

Summary What does Article 10 of the RTS on consultative supervisory colleges say?

This article deals with the voluntary entrustment of supervisory tasks between members of the supervisory college.

It establishes that college members should discuss and potentially agree to delegate tasks among themselves, and that any such arrangements must be captured in the written agreement that governs the college's operations.

This article connects directly to Article 5 of this regulation, which sets out the process for establishing that written agreement.

Important points:

  • College members are required to exchange views on the voluntary entrustment of tasks among themselves.
  • The scope of tasks that can be entrusted includes those specified in Article 119(7), points (b) to (e), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
  • Any agreed entrustment arrangements must be described in the written coordination and cooperation agreement established under Article 119(6) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
