1. Den kontinuitetspolicy som avses i artikel 68.7 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114 ska omfatta planer, förfaranden och åtgärder.

Kryptotillgångstjänsteleverantörernas ledningsorgan ska, vid fullgörandet av de uppgifter som avses i artikel 68.6 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114, fastställa och godkänna de planer, förfaranden och åtgärder som ingår i kontinuitetsplanen.
