När det är nödvändigt för att EBA korrekt ska kunna utföra en tillsynsuppgift som avser utgivare av betydande tillgångsanknutna token eller utgivare av betydande e-pengatoken får EBA delegera särskilda tillsynsuppgifter till en behörig myndighet.   1. den delegerade uppgiftens omfattning,
  2. tidsplanen för utförandet av uppgiften, och
  3. överföringen av nödvändig information av och till EBA.
1. I enlighet med den delegerade akt om avgifter som kommissionen antagit enligt artiklarna 137.3 och 139 ska EBA ersätta en behörig myndighet för de kostnader som uppkommit till följd av utförandet av de delegerade uppgifterna.
1. EBA ska med lämpliga intervall se över delegeringen av uppgifter. En sådan delegering får när som helst återkallas.
