Artikel 92 Förtida tillämpning på leverantörer av mycket stora onlineplattformar och av mycket stora onlinesökmotorer

This is a brief transitional provision that establishes an early application date for a specific subset of entities.

It creates an exception to the general application date of the regulation (17 February 2024) for providers of very large online platforms and very large online search engines that receive their designation notification early enough that four months after that notification falls before 17 February 2024.
