Artikel 83 Genomförandeakter om kommissionens ingripande
Summary What does Article 83 of the DSA regulation say?
This is a procedural article that grants the Commission the authority to adopt implementing acts covering the practical arrangements for its own enforcement activities.

När det gäller ingripanden av kommissionen som omfattas av detta avsnitt, får kommissionen anta genomförandeakter om de praktiska arrangemangen för
de förfaranden som avses i artiklarna 69 och 72,
de utfrågningar som föreskrivs i artikel 79, och
det förhandlade förfarande för utlämnande av information som föreskrivs i artikel 79.
Före antagandet av åtgärder enligt första stycket i denna artikel ska kommissionen offentliggöra ett utkast till dessa och bjuda in alla berörda parter att inkomma med synpunkter inom den tidsfrist som anges i utkastet och som inte får vara kortare än en månad. Dessa genomförandeakter ska antas i enlighet med det rådgivande förfarande som avses i artikel 88.
