Regelbundet eller om den ledande tillsynsmyndigheten ändras eller om väsentliga förändringar enligt artikel 2.2 inträffar, ska den ledande tillsynsmyndigheten, efter samråd med medlemmarna i den gemensamma undersökningsgruppen, bedöma de resultat som medlemmarna i den gemensamma undersökningsgruppen har uppnått.
