Summary What does Article 11 of the DMA regulation say?

This article establishes a transparency and reporting obligation for gatekeepers following their designation under Article 3.

It requires them to demonstrate to the Commission how they are meeting the core behavioural obligations set out in Articles 5, 6 and 7, through both a detailed internal report and a publicly accessible summary.

The ongoing annual update requirement ensures this is not a one-time exercise but a continuous accountability mechanism.

Important points:

Submit a detailed compliance report to the Commission within 6 months of designation, covering measures taken to meet the obligations in Articles 5, 6 and 7.
Publish a non-confidential summary of that report and provide it to the Commission within the same deadline, updating both the report and the summary at least annually.
The Commission is required to make a link to the non-confidential summary available on its website.

Inom sex månader från dess betecknande som grindvakt enligt artikel 3, och i enlighet med artikel 3.10, ska grindvakten förse kommissionen med en rapport som på ett detaljerat och transparent sätt beskriver de åtgärder den har vidtagit för att säkerställa att de skyldigheter som föreskrivs i artiklarna 5, 6 och 7 efterlevs.
