This article sets out the process by which EBA manages the drafting and finalisation of the written coordination and cooperation agreement for the supervisory college, as referenced in Article 119(6) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
It establishes a structured consultation loop: EBA proposes, members respond, EBA considers those responses, and the finalised agreement is then communicated back to the college members.

L’ABE communique sa proposition d’accord écrit prévu à l’article 119, paragraphe 6, du règlement (UE) 2023/1114 aux membres du collège déterminés conformément à l’article 119, paragraphe 2, dudit règlement, et les invite à faire part de leur point de vue dans un délai de 10 jours calendaires.
