Summary What does Article 6 of the RTS on crypto-asset white paper approval say?

1. La communication par l’autorité compétente prévue à l’article 17, paragraphe 5, premier alinéa, du règlement (UE) 2023/1114 est effectuée dans les deux jours ouvrables à compter de la notification visée à l’article 5, paragraphe 1, du présent règlement.
1. La BCE et, le cas échéant, la banque centrale concernée au sens de l’article 17, paragraphe 5, premier alinéa, du règlement (UE) 2023/1114 communiquent à l’autorité compétente, dans un délai de deux jours ouvrables à compter de la réception des informations complètes, les deux éléments suivants:
  1. un accusé de réception des informations;
  2. le point de contact auquel les questions concernant la demande peuvent être adressées.
