Where no estimated date can be provided, the receiving body must instead commit to a regular update schedule for the submitting body.

Dès que possible et, en tout état de cause, dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrables à compter de la réception d’une notification ou d’une demande effectuée conformément à l’article 4, l’organisme destinataire adresse, au moyen du formulaire figurant à l’annexe II, un accusé de réception à l’organisme émetteur, et indique, si possible, une date de réponse estimée.
