Article 73 Président

Summary What does Article 73 of the GDPR regulation say?

This is a brief, administrative article concerning the leadership structure of the European Data Protection Board (the Board), which is established under Article 68.

It sets out how the Board selects its Chair and deputy chairs, and the duration for which they may serve in those roles.
