Summary What does Article 9 of the Conduct of certain Commission proceedings say?

This article establishes how time limits are to be calculated under both Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 and this Regulation.

It defers to an existing EU regulation on time calculation as the general rule, while introducing a key modification: time periods begin running on the working day after the triggering event, not on the day itself.

It also connects directly to Article 4(3), making clear that non-compliant documents can effectively pause the clock until they are corrected.
