Article 62 Comité

This is a short procedural article that establishes the committee arrangement supporting the Commission in its work under this Regulation.

It anchors the committee firmly within the standard EU comitology framework set out in Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, and specifies that the examination procedure under that Regulation applies when the committee is called upon.

• The Commission is assisted by a committee governed by Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, specifically operating under the examination procedure of Article 5 of that Regulation.
