Article 39 Abrogation
Summary What does Article 39 of the Transfer of funds regulation (TFR) say?
This is a brief but important transitional article that formally repeals the predecessor regulation, Regulation (EU) 2015/847, replacing it with this new regulation.
It also ensures continuity by directing that any existing references to the old regulation be read as references to this one, using a correlation table in Annex II to guide that mapping.
