Les États membres exigent des autorités compétentes qu’elles assurent un contrôle effectif du respect du présent règlement et qu’elles prennent les mesures nécessaires pour assurer ce respect, et qu’elles encouragent, par des mécanismes efficaces, le signalement aux autorités compétentes des infractions aux dispositions du présent règlement.
