Article 7 Responsibilities of the Board

This article sets out the specific obligations of the Board in relation to AGORA.

It mirrors, in a targeted way, the obligations placed on Digital Services Coordinators under Article 6, but tailored to the Board's role.

The Board must appoint an administrator, control access to AGORA, and notify the Commission of its administrator's identity and responsibilities.

Important points:

• The Board is required to appoint one AGORA administrator, who forms part of the Board's existing administrative and analytical support structure.
• The Board is responsible for ensuring that only authorised users have access to AGORA.
• The Board must inform the Commission of its administrator's identity without delay, and the Commission will then share that information with the Digital Services Coordinators.
