The technical description of the categories of products with digital elementsmeans a software or hardware product and its remote data processing solutions, including software or hardware components being placed on the market separately; under classes I and II listed in Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 shall be as set out in Annex I to this Regulation.
