Article 4 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 10 July 2027, except in relation to obliged entities referred to in Article 3, points (3)(n) and (o), of Regulation (EU) 2024/1624, to which it shall apply from 10 July 2029.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
