Article 2 Channel of transmission of information

Information required for the performance of the selection process and the transfer of supervisory tasks and powers, including the periodic assessment referred to in Article 12(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620, shall be submitted to the Authority through a secured channel.
The Authority shall establish and provide to the financial supervisorsmeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; the secured channel allowing them to submit and access the information referred to in paragraph 1.
The Authority shall share with the financial supervisorsmeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; the communication channel to be used between the financial supervisorsmeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; and the Authority for the purposes of the periodic assessment referred to in Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620.
