Article 14 Establishment and composition of the joint supervisory teams

Where more than one financial supervisormeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; is responsible for supervision of the selected obliged entity at national level, the relevant financial supervisorsmeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; shall coordinate their participation within the joint supervisory team.
The Authority may request the financial supervisorsmeans the body entrusted with responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance by obliged entities with the requirements of this Regulation, including AMLA when performing the tasks entrusted to it in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620; to modify the appointments of members of a joint supervisory team they have made if appropriate for the purpose of its adequate composition.
