Article 12 The JST Coordinator

The Authority shall ensure that the JST Coordinator is subject to a rotation principle.
The Authority may assign, renew, or terminate the role of the JST Coordinator before or beyond the standard rotation period in duly justified cases, including:
institutional reorganisation within the Authority;
the existence of a conflict of interest;
the need to preserve supervisory continuity due to the JST Coordinator’s specific knowledge, expertise or experience relevant to the supervision.
Any adjustment from the standard rotation period shall be based on a documented and retained justification.
