Article 66 Nominee obligations
Nominee shareholders and nominee directors of a legal entity shall maintain adequate, accurate and up-to-date information on the identity of their nominator and the nominator’s beneficial ownersmeans any natural person who ultimately owns or controls a legal entity or an express trust or similar legal arrangement; and disclose them, as well as their status, to the legal entity. Legal entities shall report that information to the central register.
Legal entities shall also report the information referred to in the first paragraph to obliged entities when the obliged entities are applying customer due diligence measures in accordance with Chapter III.
