Article 55 Ownership structures involving legal arrangements or similar legal entities

Where legal entities referred to in Article 57 or legal arrangementsmeans an express trust or an arrangement which has a similar structure or function to an express trust, including fiducie and certain types of Treuhand and fideicomiso; have an ownership interest in the corporate entity, whether individually or cumulatively, or control, directly or indirectly, the corporate entity, through ownership interest or via other means, the beneficial ownersmeans any natural person who ultimately owns or controls a legal entity or an express trust or similar legal arrangement; shall be the natural persons who are the beneficial ownersmeans any natural person who ultimately owns or controls a legal entity or an express trust or similar legal arrangement; of the legal entities referred to in Article 57 or of the legal arrangementsmeans an express trust or an arrangement which has a similar structure or function to an express trust, including fiducie and certain types of Treuhand and fideicomiso;.
