Für die Zwecke dieser Verordnung bezeichnet der Ausdruck

„verbundene Person“ eine der in Artikel 32 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a bis d und Buchstabe f der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1114 genannten Personen;
„Gruppe“ eine Gruppe im Sinne von Artikel 2 Nummer 11 der Richtlinie 2013/34/EU des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates(⁵).
