This article sets out the communication standards that crypto-asset service providers must follow when corresponding with complainants throughout the complaints-handling process.

1. Bei der Bearbeitung von Beschwerden kommunizieren Anbieter von Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen mit Beschwerdeführern in einer klaren, einfachen und für die Beschwerdeführer leicht verständlichen Sprache.
