This article sets out the immediate obligations of competent authorities upon receiving an application for approval of a crypto-asset white paper.

1. Die zuständige Behörde bestätigt den Eingang eines Antrags auf Genehmigung eines Kryptowerte-Whitepapers innerhalb von zwei Arbeitstagen nach Eingang dieses Antrags.
