In Bezug auf in Artikel 102 der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1114 genannte vorsorgliche Maßnahmen tauschen die zuständigen Behörden für Untersuchungs-, Aufsichts- und Durchsetzungszwecke unter anderem folgende Informationen aus:

Informationen über jeden Verdacht auf Unregelmäßigkeiten bei Tätigkeiten von Anbietern von anderen Kryptowerten als vermögenswertereferenzierten Token oder E-Geld-Token, von Personen, die eine Zulassung zum Handel mit solchen anderen Kryptowerten beantragen, von Emittenten vermögenswertereferenzierter Token oder E-Geld-Token oder von Anbietern von Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen;
Informationen über geplante oder gemäß Artikel 102 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1114 ergriffene vorsorgliche Maßnahmen;
alle sonstigen Informationen, die für die Zusammenarbeit beim Erlass von vorsorglichen Maßnahmen erforderlich sind.
