Die im Falle einer Rückweisung oder des Ausbleibens einer Reaktion innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nach Artikel 95 Absatz 6 der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1114 vorgesehene Verweisung an die ESMA bzw. gemäß Artikel 95 Absatz 7 der genannten Verordnung an die EBA erfolgt schriftlich unter Verwendung des Formulars in Anhang I und sollte folgende Informationen beinhalten:
