Die empfangende Stelle sendet der übermittelnden Stelle so bald wie möglich, jedoch spätestens innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen nach Eingang einer Mitteilung oder eines Ersuchens nach Artikel 4, unter Verwendung des Formulars in Anhang II eine Empfangsbestätigung und gibt nach Möglichkeit ein voraussichtliches Antwortdatum an.
