Summary What does Article 3 of the Templates for transparency reports say?

This article sets out the record-keeping obligations that follow on from the transparency reporting requirements established elsewhere in the regulation.

It establishes both how long reports must be kept and the conditions under which they must remain accessible during that time.

Important points:

Retain all transparency reports for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
This obligation applies to providers of intermediary services, hosting services, online platforms, very large online platforms, and very large online search engines.
All published versions of a transparency report must remain publicly accessible for the entire five-year retention period.
