Für die Zwecke dieser Verordnung bezeichnet der Ausdruck

„benannter Dienst“ einen Vermittlungsdienst, der als sehr große Online-Plattform oder sehr große Online-Suchmaschine gemäß Artikel 33 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 benannt wurde;
„Anbieter benannter Dienste“ einen Anbieter, an den ein oder mehrere Beschlüsse der Kommission zur Benennung einer sehr großen Online-Plattform oder sehr großen Online-Suchmaschine gemäß Artikel 33 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 gerichtet worden sind;
„Grundbetrag“ den für jeden benannten Dienst gemäß Artikel 4 berechneten Betrag vor der Anwendung des in Artikel 5 genannten maximalen Gesamtgrenzwerts.
