Summary What does Article 83 of the DSA regulation say?
This is a procedural article that grants the Commission the authority to adopt implementing acts covering the practical arrangements for its own enforcement activities.

In Bezug auf das Eingreifen der Kommission gemäß diesem Abschnitt kann die Kommission Durchführungsrechtsakte zu den praktischen Modalitäten für Folgendes erlassen:
die Verfahren gemäß den Artikeln 69 bis 72,
die Anhörungen gemäß Artikel 79,
die einvernehmliche Offenlegung von Informationen gemäß Artikel 79.
Bevor Maßnahmen gemäß Absatz 1 ergriffen werden, veröffentlicht die Kommission einen Entwurf dieser Maßnahmen und fordert alle Beteiligten auf, innerhalb der darin festgelegten Frist, die mindestens einen Monat beträgt, dazu Stellung zu nehmen. Diese Durchführungsrechtsakte werden gemäß dem in Artikel 88 genannten Beratungsverfahren erlassen.
