In dieser Verordnung werden Verfahren und technische Bedingungen für die Gewährung des Zugangs zugelassener Forschender gemäß Artikel 40 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 zu Daten im Besitz von Anbietern sehr großer Online-Plattformen und sehr großer Online-Suchmaschinen festgelegt, und zwar insbesondere

die technischen Bedingungen für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb eines Datenzugangsportals;
die Verfahren und technischen Bedingungen für die Verwaltung des Datenzugangsprozesses durch die Koordinatoren für digitale Dienste und die Datenlieferanten;
