Bei juristischen Personen sind die wirtschaftlichen Eigentümer diejenigen natürlichen Personen, die
direkt oder indirekt eine Eigentumsbeteiligung an der Gesellschaft halten,
die Gesellschaft oder sonstige juristische Personen entweder durch Eigentumsbeteiligung oder anderweitig direkt oder indirekt kontrollieren.
Eine anderweitige Kontrolle gemäß Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe b wird unabhängig von und parallel zu dem Bestehen einer Eigentumsbeteiligung oder der Kontrolle durch Eigentumsbeteiligung ermittelt.
