Summary What does Article 14 of the Anti-money laundering regulation (AMLR) say?

1. Die Richtlinie (EU) 2019/1937 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates(⁴¹) gilt für die Meldung von Verstößen gegen diese Verordnung, die Verordnung (EU) 2023/1113 und von Aufsehern erlassene Verwaltungsakte sowie den Schutz von Personen, die solche Verstöße melden.
