Summary What does Article 97 of the Anti-money laundering authority regulation (AMLAR) say?
This is a short housekeeping article dealing with the language arrangements that apply to the Authority.
It establishes that the general EU language rules under Council Regulation No 1 apply, while giving the Executive Board responsibility for setting the Authority's internal language arrangements, which must align with the language rules already established for direct supervision under Article 29.
It also designates the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union as the provider of translation and other linguistic services, with the exception of interpretation.

Das Direktorium entscheidet über die internen Sprachenregelungen für die Behörde, die mit den gemäß Artikel 29 angenommenen Sprachenregelungen für die direkte Beaufsichtigung im Einklang stehen.
Die von der Behörde benötigten Übersetzungsleistungen und sonstigen sprachbezogenen Dienstleistungen mit Ausnahme von Dolmetscherdiensten werden vom Übersetzungszentrum für die Einrichtungen der Europäischen Union erbracht, das durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2965/94 des Rates(46) errichtet wurde.
