Den gemäß Artikel 2 Buchstabe f der Beschäftigungsbedingungen für die sonstigen Bediensteten beschäftigten Bediensteten auf Zeit und den gemäß Artikel 3a ebendieser Beschäftigungsbedingungen beschäftigten Vertragsbediensteten, die bei der Behörde im Wege eines Vertrags beschäftigt sind, der vor dem 1. Januar 2026 geschlossen wurde, und die unmittelbar vor ihrer Beschäftigung bei der Behörde bei der EBA beschäftigt und dort mit der Durchführung der in der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1093/2010 aufgeführten Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten der EBA im Zusammenhang mit der Bekämpfung von Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung betraut waren, wird — in Abhängigkeit von der Begrenzung der Zahl der Stellen, die von der EBA abzuziehen und der Behörde zuzuweisen sind — bei der Behörde zu denselben Bedingungen dieselbe Art von Arbeitsvertrag wie bei der EBA angeboten. Die gesamte Beschäftigungszeit dieser Bediensteten gilt als bei der Behörde abgeleistet.
