Artikel 84 Unionsstrukturen zur Unterstützung der Prüfung von KI

This short article establishes Union AI testing support structures, which are designated by the Commission to carry out testing-related tasks in the area of AI.

Beyond their core testing functions (which are defined by reference to Regulation (EU) 2019/1020), these structures also serve an advisory role, providing independent technical or scientific advice when called upon by key governance actors.
