Erwägungsgrund 127 Mutual recognition of notified bodies
Im Einklang mit den Verpflichtungen der Union im Rahmen des Übereinkommens der Welthandelsorganisation über technische Handelshemmnisse ist es angemessen, die gegenseitige Anerkennung von Konformitätsbewertungsergebnissen zu erleichtern, die von den zuständigen Konformitätsbewertungsstellen unabhängig von dem Gebiet, in dem sie niedergelassen sind, generiert wurden, sofern diese nach dem Recht eines Drittlandes errichteten Konformitätsbewertungsstellen die geltenden Anforderungen dieser Verordnung erfüllen und die Union ein entsprechendes Abkommen geschlossen hat. In diesem Zusammenhang sollte die Kommission aktiv mögliche internationale Instrumente zu diesem Zweck prüfen und insbesondere den Abschluss von Abkommen über die gegenseitige Anerkennung mit Drittländern anstreben.
